Our Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) yarns are made using a special spinning process, with uniform quality and unique feel. Due to its inherent characteristics, the abrasion resistance of TPU is much better than that of ordinary PET. It also provides simple dyeing and low temperature heat pressing for rigid 3D patterns. The use of robots to directly glue additional components during the production process can eliminate the manual sewing step. Finally, TPU can be easily recycled and reused in other footwear applications to help achieve sustainable development goals.
